camcorderinfo.com -- probably the best camcorder review site. User feedback is as informative as the reviews.
CNET Reviews -- CNET has been on the Internet for a long time so reviews can't be too bad.
Videomaker (print magazine) has many rewiews on their web site.
ConsumerSearch -- this organization claims to "review the reviews" (i.e., they rate gear based on empirical or meta research).
ZDNet -- like CNET, these folks have been around for a while. Their reviews are not as comprehensive as others, though.
