The VRx.500, Silver-Level audio / video cable sets feature a 95% braided copper and 100% Mylar foil shields for excellent rejection of audio and video noise generated by electro-magnetic (EMI) and radio frequency (RFI) interference. The unique, low-loss PE dielectric and 30-strand Oxygen free copper center conductors further ensure optimum performance across the audio and video bandwidths. The VRx.500 series offers the same construction as the VRx.600 series but has a molded plastic strain-relief end surrounding the gold plated connectors. This design is somewhat less expensive versus the VRx.600 series but may have a slight disadvantage in signal transfer due to the slightly less snug connector fit.
